Many models and theoretical constructs exist for the diagnosis and management of tendinopathy. This module will take a balanced view of these, while providing a science based approach to managing tendon injuries in a practical setting.
You will learn:
- The patho-biology of tendon tissue.
- Differential diagnosis around complicated regions such as achilles/ posterior ankle & patella tendon / anterior knee.
- How to manage in-season tendon injuries.
- The key variables required to improve tendon function when tendinopathy exists.
- To formulate a progressive & periodised rehabilitation program.
This module will take approximately 3 hours to complete.
