This module will cover the complete rehabilitation process, from diagnosis to high end return to play.
You will learn:
- Common Knee joint injury presentations & how to accurately assess these.
- The relationship between kinematics/ Kinetics & injury
- How to objectively direct & progress your rehabilitation program.
- The importance of restoring neuro-muscular control and full kinetics prior to return to sport.
- How to design an effective rehabilitation program from early stages to return to sport.
This module will take approximately 3 hours to complete.
