- The impact & limitations of biomechanics in these patho-anatomical presentations
- How certain biomechanics might affect the patho-anatomy & create an appropriate direction for exercise rehabilitation.
- How to design an effective exercise program for hip and groin presentations with focus on clinical reasoning & coaching cues.
This module will take approximately 3 hours to complete.

Absolutely loved this masterclass series. Unlike some previous masterclass videos from other companies that i’ve watched in the past, i loved how Foundations of Clinical Exercise really focussed on giving practical and real-world tips, and didn’t just talk about the theory behind some of the key concepts surrounding the hip and groin. I picked up some great ideas for exercises and progressions, with a good grasp of what contextual or pathological scenarios i might apply them to. Highly recommend this to any new grad !
